Please use the packages below as a framework for the span of services I offer; however know that I am able to work with you in any capacity to make your special day!

DAY OF EVENT COORDINATION (8 HOUR PACKAGE) ~ $750

Includes:

  • 8 Hours of onsite services by professional, award-winning & experienced wedding planner
  • Professional Resources, including Day of Event Schedule Consultation & Templates
  • UNLIMITED FREE ongoing “quick communications” for professional advice, leading up to your special day
  • My travel time and Km’s, to and from your venue within service area
  • Emergency Kit onsite
  • Preferred Vendor List access and recommendations (no obligation)
  • Set-up & Take Down Services
  • Primary Point of Contact for vendors onsite day of event
  • Associates available if I am not

 Also Available (additional cost):

  • Additional hours at $100/hr.  Hours passed 12 midnight is $150/hr
  • Rehearsal coordination (+$175)
  • Additional travel +$0.65/km

WEDDING PLANNING (20 HOURS) + DAY OF COORDINATOR + WEDDING OFFICIANT ~ $2000

For those clients needing more then just a Day Of Coordinator, this 20+ hour package includes additional time to have my professional Event Planning skills available to you for any needs you have along the way in planning your special day.   You are still involved in planning your own wedding in whatever capacity you choose and have time for; but you also have me to pull it together and do most of the leg work for you.

Full event planning hours may involve:

  • consultation 
  • decor strategy 
  • rentals management 
  • site meetings
  • document and schedule creation 
  • RSVP management 
  • design services 
  • finalizing 
  • month of coordination 
  • vendor negotiations 
  • ongoing communications with vendors
